2022 Kwid Engine and Transmission:
Kwid is offered with two petrol engine options, 800cc petrol 3 cylinder engine that produces 54hp and 72Nm which is offered with 5 speed manual gearbox.
Another option is a 1.0L 3 cylinder petrol engine that produces 68hp and 91Nm of torque. It is matted with 5 speed and 5 speed AMT gearbox.
2022 Kwid rivals:
Kwid is being rivalling against Alto since years and it also rivals the S-presso. Maruti Suzuki's entry level cars do sell well because they offer good mileage and low maintaining cost is a deal. Another advantage Maruti has is CNG fitment, CNG kit can be installed easily on them. CNG can be installed on Kwid too but we can't determine how reliable are those.
